Individual Therapy

Work through what’s holding you back and reconnect with the person you want to be.

At Noble Path, therapy is a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. We believe meaningful change grows from understanding your story, recognizing your strengths, and finding new ways to move forward that feel true to who you are. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, or patterns that feel hard to break, we’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and practical support along the way.

Prices start at $60/session. Limited availability for reduced rates for qualifying clients. We offer bi-weekly sessions if appropriate for client case.

Family Therapy

Because sometimes the path forward starts with finding your way back to each other.

Family therapy at Noble Path is about creating space to understand one another, work through patterns that keep your family feeling stuck, and rebuild connection where it may have been strained. We look beyond any one person and focus on the relationships, communication, and experiences that shape the family as a whole—helping each person feel heard while creating healthier ways to move forward together.

Prices start at $100/session. Limited availability for reduced rates for qualifying clients. We offer bi-weekly sessions if appropriate for client case.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Support that speaks their language and meets them in their world.

At Noble Path, child and adolescent therapy is designed to meet young people in a way that feels natural, supportive, and age-appropriate. We help kids and teens work through big emotions, difficult experiences, behavior concerns, relationships, and life transitions while building confidence, communication skills, and healthier ways to cope. When appropriate, we may also use Filial Therapy, a play-based approach that involves caregivers in the therapeutic process and helps strengthen the parent-child relationship through guided, intentional play. Our goal is to support not only the child, but the relationships and environment that help them thrive.

Prices start at $60/session. Limited availability for reduced rates for qualifying clients. We offer bi-weekly sessions if appropriate for client case.
