Your Path to Brighter Days

Maybe you and your partner keep having the same argument, leaving you both feeling unheard and further apart. Perhaps your family is walking through a difficult transition, carrying hurts that no one quite knows how to name. You may be watching your child struggle with big emotions, changes in behavior, or experiences they do not yet have the words to explain. Or maybe you have spent so much time caring for everyone else that you no longer feel connected to yourself.

These are the moments when I want to meet you.

In our work together, we will slow down and look beneath what is happening on the surface. We will explore the experiences and patterns shaping your life, strengthen the relationships that matter most, and discover new ways of moving forward with greater connection, confidence, and purpose. I especially love helping couples and families understand one another more deeply and create healthier ways of communicating and relating.

When I work with children, I use filial therapy, inviting parents and caregivers into the healing process through guided play and supportive coaching. This helps you better understand your child’s emotional world, strengthen your bond, and continue creating meaningful change at home.

You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You simply need a place to start and I would be honored to walk alongside you.

The way you see yourself did not develop in isolation. It may have been shaped by comments you remember, comparisons you never meant to make, expectations about how you should look, or experiences that taught you your worth depended on how others perceived you. Over time, these messages can become so familiar that they begin to sound like your own voice.

In therapy, we will create space to examine those messages with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can explore where they came from, how they have influenced your relationship with your body and identity, and whether they deserve to continue shaping the way you see yourself. Some of these messages may come from experiences that were difficult, painful, or traumatic—experiences that may still affect how you see yourself, your body, your relationships, or the world around you.

You do not come to therapy as a problem that needs to be fixed. You bring a story filled with experiences, relationships, values, abilities, and strengths that are greater than any insecurity or negative belief. My role is to help you recognize the parts of yourself that shame, criticism, and comparison may have pushed into the background and reconnect with the voice you want guiding your life.

You are more than your appearance, the expectations placed upon you, or the judgments you have carried. Together, we can begin creating a new relationship with yourself; one rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a fuller understanding of who you are.
